My wife and I just finished a week at Villa Bellorcia with Chef Laura Giusti and houseleader Sheena . We had a wonderful time , the Villa is in a most beautiful part of Tuscany with the most open views we experienced . The Villa is just fantastic ,with great rooms , outdoor spaces grounds and pool . I could not fault the Villa .
The best part however was Laura , Sheena and our other house mates for the week . Laura Is the most capable Chef and great teacher . She makes the classes fun , informative and most important for me the output of the classes produced the most amazing dinners and lunches and sometimes great additions for breakfast !
Alcohol , no shortage of it ...all available all day , with special wines selected by Laura to accompany our evening meals .
A great balance of free time to explore amazing surrounding towns and collectively cook amazing meals together .
For me Chef Laura is amazing , Bellorcia awesome ....and Tuscany .....love them all !
