Trip of a lifetime

One of the best vacations of my life. The grounds were spectacular, the staff was terrific, and the cooking…oh the cooking… Chef Paola was AMAZING. Somehow she managed to accomplish the perfect balance of 5-star culinary instruction with fun and camaraderie. I came home inspired and empowered to fire up my range and start creating in the kitchen again. I would go back in a heartbeat.
