Great Vacation! Cooking with Chef Paola brought back my love of cooking

Beautiful location, excellent and welcoming staff. Haven't worked so hard on vacation, but loved the experience and results. Made great new friends. Learned so much about making cooking fun again from Chef Paula. Reminded that cooking isn't a bunch of recipes, but a creative art for experimentation. Would highly recommend experiencing Italy, Italian cuisine and pure luxury at Casa Ombuto. Hope we can go back again soon.
