We had an amazing time at Casa Ombuto! Chef Paula was an incredible source of instruction and inspiration (and her stories had us rolling in the aisles!). I can't believe how much we learned over the week. The menus we created used the best produce and reflected Tuscan cooking at its best. The tips and techniques for making pasta were invaluable.
Each night there was a sense of achievement as we shared in the results of our labours. The company was delightful and added greatly to the whole experience.
Casa Ombuto itself was magical- the quintessential Tuscany villa. Beautiful!
