Cooking school in Tuscany in a most beautiful setting...great food and wine of course, loved meeting new people; our room was lovely as was the pool, tho it was too early in the season for us to go in, but can only imagine how pleasant it would be in summer. Definitely off the beaten track but exactly what we were hoping for. Would love to go back again: it would make a LOVELY destination wedding for a small group. Franco was fabulous and we learned alot...the cookbook has been great and we have used it alot since returning. We did the 3 day school due to time constraints, but a week long would be awesome. I can't imagine anyone would ever be disappointed at having spent this quality use of time in Italy.
