I can't even begin to describe how amazing that week was. It was truly a vacation that I will never forget. The villa is beautiful with wonderful rooms and amazing views. The staff always made us feel like we were "home". The cooking classes were informative and so much fun. Franco, our chef, with his ever abundant energy and good cheer was our dear mentor.
