My wife and I attended the Torre del Tartufo Cooking School near Arezzo, Italy last September. We like to cook and were looking for a serious school where we could enhance our cookng skills as well as have a great vacation. We found everything we were looking for. Excellent school, beautiful villa, wonderful accomodations and spectacular Tuscan country. Chef Franco was an excelelnt instructor as well as a lot of fun. The food we prepared with his assistance was the best during our three week vacation, including a Seaborn cruise. One of the best vacations we have ever taken. We would recommend Tuscookany to anyone looking for this type of experience.
