All my life I had a dream to have a cooking course in Italy, and one week ago I did it! :)
I came by myself, which made me a little bit scared to get bored, but at the moment i
arrived i met a wonderful girls that immediately became friends for life :)
The chef Paola Baccetti made this week just unforgettable, with a lot of laugh, fun, but also she . was enough serious to make us cook in a very high level. The food was delicious.
The vila was very luxury, it was so much fun to get inside the hot tub after a long day, than to jump into cold swimming pool and get dried in the sauna. Between the cooking and the meals, get enjoyed from the magnificent view of the forest which surrounds the
vila, play a little bit ping pong to make more room for the next meal :P. The vila guest manager Katya was amazing, as well as the rest of the stuff. Since I came back i'm cooking every day, and every question that I have regarding the dished, Paola the chef
answers me with a smile :)
I will come back for sure, and I recommend it to every person that loves himself and want to spoil himself, relax and learn to cook more professionally.
