This was the most fabulous way that I could have ever spent a week! I took the week long Italian cooking class and I had the time of my life! The chef/instructor was so knowledgeable on every aspect of cooking. The kitchen that we got to work in was beautiful. And the entire staff was gracious and helpful! Maybe one day I can get to go back.
