“Simply perfect.”

I urge anyone who loves food and wants a simply perfect vacation to stay at Casa Ombuto.I am a student that just started at The Culinary Institute of America and stayed at Casa Ombuto for one week during the month of June just prior to starting school and it was a trip of a life time. I learned so much in such a short time and instantly created bonds with all of the guests and staff through the magic that is food. And of course there was the lovely Paola, who not only was fun in the kitchen but loves what she does which makes the whole stay at Casa Ombuto just warm and inviting!
