Spent a wonderful week at Casa Ombuto, great accommodation and gorgeous setting. It was a secret dream come true, it exceeded my expectations by far. Paola is the best chef, such a lot of fun and laughter. The food and wine was outstanding. Claudia the manageress was so accommodating in all ways. We had an all woman's group and we all worked so well together and became good friends. I recommend this course to all cooking enthusiasts.
