My week at Casa Ombuto in September 2015 was fantastic.

It was more than I expected. I learned a lot and have been cooking from the cookbook at home ever since. I never had as much fun as I experienced with 12 new friends. A foodie dream come true and chance to meet new friends and experience Tuscany all in one week. The accommodations were great--loved the hot tub, pool, massage, and of course breathtaking sites. I highly recommend this trip and Chef Paola was great!
