If I could give this experience more than five stars I would. This week's long cooking course was top class, and the on site accommodation was superb as well. The chef, Paola Baccetti, was very generous with her knowledge and time and made it even easier for us by speaking English as well. Her great sense of humour made everything even more fun. Every day we made our dinner for the evening as well as several dishes for the next day. The entire staff at Casa Ombuto were very helpful and took great care of us. This course has given me a true appreciation for Italian cooking, the confidence to try many of the recipes at home, and many new friends. If you enjoy cooking, this experience is a must. I would love to go back again.
