I can honestly say that my week here was the most rewarding, fun-filled, exciting trip I have EVER had. From the breathtaking beauty of the place, to the luxurious accommodation, to the warm hospitable staff and the life-long friends I have gained, this is the place to be. If you have the vaguest interest in food you will astonish yourself at what you can do in the kitchen (under the expertise and charm of Chef Franco). This is not just a holiday, it is a life changing experience. I will definitely be back as soon as I possibly can. Make sure you don't miss out on this.
