Wow!! Expect to be blown away. This villa is spectacular, with infinity pool, outdoor dining areas, beautiful gardens, fireplaces, cozy chairs and nooks to curl up in. The rooms are very nice, but not luxurious, which is how it should be, as you will rarely be in it. The cooking classes are fun, interactive, and educational. Franco, the chef/instructor, is a gem. Paula, his assistant, works hard and is pleasant throughout. There is the perfect mix of cooking and free time. Come hungry. The wine flows freely. The one day excursion to a winery, olive oil processor, textile factory, and goat farm were top notch. I cannot wait to come back. It is pricey and worth every penny.
