“Great week of eating, drinking & learning Tuscan cuisine!”

Bellorcia is a beautiful villa in the Tuscan countryside, with excellent rooms & amenities. We basically wanted for nothing... great house wine, beers & after dinner liquors. Laura the chef/instructor was a passionate, capable/informative and genuine entity. My wife & I had a wonderful time as did the other "students". We enjoyed having some time off from kitchen instruction to sight-see the surrounding area. All in all, a worthwhile event.
