“Fantastico!!”

We were so concerned the reviews on trip advisor were inflated but decided to take a chance on this experience. All I can tell you is that this experience far exceeded all of our expectations and the accommodations were beautiful. From the moment we stepped onto the property till the moment we left, every person we came in contact with was kind, helpful and warm. Paola, our chef, really knew her game!!! She has eyes in the back of her head, I swear. She knows everything that is going on in the kitchen and keeps up with every student one-on-one. Such a delightful experience...when it came time to leave we did not want to go. The peace and serenity of the grounds, the wonderful group of folks also attending the classes, the wine and food fulfilled our wildest dreams. This is the experience of a lifetime. DO IT!!!!
