Check off on my bucket list. I had the amazing pleasure of spending a week with Chef Paola, Claudia and the team at Casa Ombuto cooking school Tuscookany.  This trip had a lasting impression on me. First, Chef Paola Baccetti was an inspirational teacher.  During the week I spent with her she taught us many different recipes and techniques.  She is a warm, kind, funny and extremely smart women with a big heart. Loved her!
Claudia was extremely personable, kind, witty and a lovely person to be around. She made the visit so personable and was always there to assist in whatever you needed. This is true for the rest of the Ombuto team. Everyone was extremely happy and were there for you.
The property was amazing and there was something for us to do whenever we wanted.
Finally, the group of fellow cooks I met there, I now consider them my Tuscookany girl friends. We all came from different countries and states and got along splendidly!
Everything about this trip has forever left an indelible mark on my heart and tastebuds.
