What a wonderful way to learn about Italy - a week cooking at Casa Ombuto with master Chef Paola and Alex and a great support group. The Tuscany setting is magnificent. The food we cooked was exceptional (as was the wine) and my wife and I looked forward to dinner every night with our new friends from around the world.
