“Best experience of my life - hated to leave - will be back as soon as possible!”

Tuscany at it's best. This was the most fabulous experience I have ever had. I went with my sister for my 60th birthday. The villa was just what you would want for cooking school in Tuscany. Barbara (hostess) was warm and gracious, Franco (chef/teacher) was skilled, helpful, patient and taught us well, Oanna (chef's helper) delightful!! The mornings are idyllic and you can lounge by the pool, explore the surrounding countryside (would need a car rental) lunch is not to be missed (after all, we cooked it in class the day before!!) then we cook from 3-7 - eat (did I mention the wine and after dinner drinks were phenomenal??) and get up the next morning to the same choices! One day was spent touring a family cheese enterprise, family castle, pottery and winery. Superb experience all the way around. I would not change a thing and I will be back June 2010 with my husband, sister in law and cousin.
