“A feast for the senses”

5 of 5 stars, Reviewed on TripAdvisor by Level 4 Contributor Cathy, April 2016

The 3 day Italian cooking course was a wonderful experience. The lush, isolated hilltop location is sublime, the staff are all wonderful, and there is a very inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning and fun. Of course the recipes and ingredients are top notch and local: so local, in fact, that you will be eating truffles unearthed meters from the house and sipping on Limoncello made by Franco from his grandmother's recipe. You will make pizza in a centuries old community oven and dine on the dishes you and your fellow guests have made the patio or in the 17th century dining room, complete with an open fire. The excursion day began with a visit to the lovely town of Arezzo and each stop was more fascinating than the last; true Tuscan immersion. I left Torre Del Tartufo uplifted, enriched and armed with new culinary skills. To quote Franco: "Cook with passion!" Highly recommended and worth every penny.
