I can't believe how much we did in only a week. Under the expert instruction of the vivacious Chef Paula we created delicious menus highlighting the fresh produce and cuisine of Tuscany. Dinners each evening were a celebration of our efforts and lasted late into the night. The other 'students'' were very entertaining - a wonderful group to work and relax with. Casa Ombuto provided excellent accommodations and the setting was 'pure Tuscany.'
With thanks to everyone for a memorable time. I am already thinking of a return trip.
