We recently attended the 7 day Italian cooking school at Bellorcia with Chef Laura Guisti. Having previously been to Casa Ombuto 3 years prior, I was not expecting the second time to be as great as the first time experience. Well I was wrong. From the first step into the Belloricia villa, I knew that it was going to be another great new experience.
The interior of the villa is exceptional and the bed rooms are what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Unbelievable. The external views around this region are once again fabulous depicting traditional Tuscany rolling hills and life style.
Laura Guisti, personality, passion for food and cooking really completes this experience to make this once again a perfect holiday.
Summary, if you get the opportunity to attend cooking school at Bellorcia do it.
