I spent a week at Casa Ombuto in July 2017 on the Mediterranean cooking course. It was one of the best holidays I have ever had and I cannot recommend it enough!

I had so much fun learning to make pasta, focaccia and so so much more with Laura and the girls! Laura, Katya and the rest of the team were so welcoming and helpful. The attention to detail in everything was amazing and makes this place truly special.

Apart from cooking and eating, I enjoyed taking in the beautiful surroundings, swimming, reading my book in the sunshine and visiting a local vineyard. On our day off from cooking we visited Florence - a really beautiful city and well worth a visit.

I made some wonderful friends during my week at Casa Ombuto and learnt to make some truly delicious food. I have already made some of the recipes at home and am looking forward to seeing my new friends again (maybe back at Casa Ombuto...!)
