In 2005 my family rented the entire villa for a 3-week stay, and Chef Paola cooked for us while there. In 2017 two couples from Dallas went back to Poppi for an unforgettable trip back to Casa Ombuto; and this time we did the entire cooking class! We met people from Canada and Australia, learned to do things we couldn't do before in the kitchen, made and ate amazing food, and fell in love with Tuscany all over again. Te amo, Paola!More

Room Tip: Each suite has its own unique quality - this is an OLD house, but updates are GREAT.
