Attended Tuscookany at Casa Ombuto with my wife to celerbrate her birthday this year. She was always going to have a good time as she lives to cook, but a week of cooking was getting into something a little more out of my comfort zone.

We both had a fantastic time and I even managed to cook some desert, something I never do. The cooking was hard work and intense at times, but always enjoyable. Paola made sure everyone was learning and even had time to entertain us with her crazy songs, stories and antics.

After cooking, eating and drinking went late into the night. It was very social and we made some like minded friends along the way.

I would not recommend this to anyone that is not into their food, but you don't need to be a cooking expert either (as I wasn't). I learnt alot and left very happy with our decision to attend the classes here.
