Fantastic experience. Great group of attendees. Chief Paola was great. She not only raised our cooking skills, but taught us about Tuscan culture and local wines. She is passionate about locally sourced produce, meats and cheese. The staff was friendly and efficient. The accommodations are excellent with incredible views. 

We prepped our dinners in the afternoon and then sat down to a lovely meal. The best part was the after dinner bonding with the other guests around the table. 

The staff took us on a wine and cheese tour, Bee keeping and olive oil tasting. An enriching vacation.
