We went to Italy for a month and the highlight of our trip was Casa Ombuto! 
The villa is rural, situated near a quaint town and the scenery is gorgeous. The villa, dining room and kitchen are beautiful, relishing in all their Tuscan glory. Chef Paula is amazing, funny, authentic and warm. She’s been doing this for 20 years and she packs a lot of information in just a week. The entire crew are sincere, accommodating and friendly. The food doesn’t stop. From the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast until the limoncello cream to cap off the night, your culinary senses will go into overdrive. Fresh fare galore. So beautiful. The hike at the sanctuary was very special and the friendships that we formed with the other participants warm my heart. So, if you’re considering this place, do yourself a favor and book it!!!
