What a wonderful experience. Paola was a patient and experienced chef who made our time together very memorable. We learned many valuable cooking techniques along with the culture of the region. The hands-on cooking experience will long be remembered. The accommodations were above expectations and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I loved my time here and will long remember the experience, new friends and our time in the kitchen with Paola!
