Best Vacation Ever!!! The Tuscookany cooking classes at Casa Ombuto.

I took the cooking class in Italy at Casa Ombuto with Paola Baccelti. This was the absolute best vacation I have ever had. The villa was totally amazing. The rooms were spacious, private bathrooms for each room and a large lounge that was comfortable and inviting for the 2 bedroom suites. There was also a 3 bedroom suite that was extremely large. The grounds around the Villa were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was large and chairs lined the area. But, the very best part was the cooking school in Italy with Paola! She was an excellent instructor. Paola was so passionate about the cooking of her fabulous recipes. She looked for the very best in all of us and Paola expected us to live up to our potential!!! Paola was WONDERFUL!!!! Also, I would like to recognize Alex. He was wonderful to all of us-as a group and he acquired anything that we could possibly need! He, too, was wonderful.... all that being said.... if you come here for a cooking school, it will exceed your expectations!!!
