“A perfect holiday”

Our experience at the 7 day Italian cooking school at Torre del Tartufo was a dream come true for this first time traveller to Italy. The beautiful location, wonderful staff, and fellow guests were key ingredients to a fun and relaxing week. The cooking classes, tours , time to explore or just sit anywhere within the villa grounds, perched on a Tuscany hillside with a fabulous view provided a wonderful balance. As a guest , I felt pampered and as a student in cooking class or as a tourist taking a tour of some wonderful local attractions, there was plenty of opportunity to experience a bit of the culture and learn from and meet some of the local people. The weather was beautiful - fall is a favorite time of year for me.
