Bellancino is the newest Tuscookany villa which was completed August 2022.  The villa is on the Casa Ombuto estate and lies about 100 meters from Casa Ombuto.   The name Bellancino comes from the valley Casentino and Bella meaning beautiful, so the most  beautiful villa in the Casentino valley (that's what we think!).    This villa is soley available for private use for 6 - 8 persons with a private chef and offering one week Italian or Mediterranean cookery courses.   

The cooking week consists of four afternoon cooking lessons and a full day excursion.  All meals and beverages are included except lunch and dinner on the free day.  It also includes wine pairings and after dinner liquors. 

It is possible to adapt the program to suit your needs and we can arrange private excursions and other day or morning trips.     Not all the dates are published on the website but if you send us an enquiry with the period you are interested in, we can check availability and give your further information.
