Wonderful week of new friends, great food and magical forest hiking!
I had a wonderful week of learning about Tuscany, meeting new friends and cooking delicious food that I have already tried to replicate at home. Everyone at Casa Ombuto went out of their way to make me feel welcome a single traveler and by the end of the week it was like I was with family. The cooking classes led by Paola, a special woman, provided a wealth of information and techniques that I will use for years to come.
The hiking was an added bonus and an opportunity to learn about the agriculture, history and people of the area. Again, this was a very special experience I will remember forever.

Thank you for this great review. We only added the hiking a couple of years ago but it has proved to be a great success and a great way to burn off the calories of the night before. We are particularly pleased to read that as a single traveler you felt totally comfortable.
