Such a great experience to get to visit Tuscany at last but particularly to be spoilt rotten in the exceptional Bellorcia villa. Laura was a fantastic Chef teacher. Such great fun to play with flower, eggs and olive oil, crispen it in our own pizza oven....and then eat delicious genuine Tuscany dishes with copious amounts of wine, Limoncello, grappa and anything/everything else that was brought out onto the table by Katya. I remember Antonella wouldn't let me eat my broken pizza!... which I am convinced was different, unique and delicious!
