I spent a week in the Tuscan sun at this unique and amazing house and cooking school in Tuscany. Chef Paola was such a knowledgeable and fun hostess with her team. The gardens and facilities were so beautiful. The rooms were rustic and homely. Squirrels played outside my room! So much good food and friendships were formed as we cooked and ate and shared stories from around the world. I hope that I can return one day with family or friends. Too good for just one visit!
