Just returned home from one of the most all around beautiful vacations I have ever experienced! While I was expecting to have a fun cooking experience, I was not prepared to fall in love with all things Tuscookany. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and super helpful with any needs that came up. Paola, our chef, was a force of nature - knowledgeable, friendly, energetic and so fun, she made us believe we could cook anything, and then showed us how, and we did! The accommodations were beautiful and serene, and I never wanted to leave. While there, I felt safe, taken care of, and part of the Tuscookany family, I enjoyed amazing food, wonderful new friendships and created memories that will last a lifetime. I cannot recommend Casa Ombuto, and Tuscookany enough, and look forward to going back someday.
