If you are tired, need a complete break and want to have a lot of fun whilst learning to cook, Italian style, go to Torre del Tartufo. Franco, the chef, has amazing patience and can cope with ALL cooking and related issues. Nothing seems impossible in his kitchen.
Our group of ten students/guests were from USA, Hong Kong and South Africa-every evening was a party and every day a new adventure.
I had no prior cooking knowledge, but left with more than a basic knowledge and a desire to try what i had learned, in my own kitchen.
The entire staff from manageress Barbara, chefs Franco, Paola to the house keepers made our stay a week to remember.
