The kitchen equipment was truly top-class, and the facility itself was charming and rustic, set in what felt like a beautifully transformed Tuscan villa. Chef Paula was knowledgeable, hands-on, and engaging, making the experience both fun and educational. During the class, we prepared three different recipes and later sat down to enjoy the dishes over lunch, each perfectly paired with matching wines. The combination of great instruction, excellent ingredients, and a wonderful setting made for a memorable day. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to learn in a relaxed yet high-quality environment.
