Tuscookany was one of the best vacations in my life. I had a Mediterranean cookery course at Casa Ombuto and have only good memories of my days there. The place is wonderful, people who work there are really nice, food and wine are great and the chef Laura Giusti is fantastic. It's a memory for my whole life!
