If you are thinking about an Italian cook school holiday then look no further than Tuscookany. My family and I had the most wonderful time: excellent pre-arrival information from Liz; a warm welcome from Lena on arrival and Alex on departure; and a week long immersive cooking experience with Franco, Paola and Germana in the kitchen. All the staff were so helpful and the accommodation was exquisite. We learned lots and enjoyed the company of the other guests signed up for the week's Italian cookery course. We rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in! Franco the chef was like an air traffic controller in the kitchen-leading four groups, making four courses, over four hours with a superb wine break built in. It was great fun and very informative. Franco was generous with his time and patient with our questions.

Tuscookany have years of experience and expertise in running their cook schools and this was reflected in the itinerary for the week. Intensive lessons mixed with lots of downtime to enjoy the villa and the amenities. The amount and quality of food and wines were outstanding. Thank you to all the staff of Tuscookany. We have come away with wonderful memories and practical skills and knowledge. It truly was a trip of a lifetime.
