We were picked up in Poppi by Lars. He drove us to the castle as we made our way to the villa. We were greeted by Eleni who showed us around and to our villa. We were greeted with a glass of wine!!! Paula was absolutely amazing, we had such a wonderful time learning all her wonderful recipes!!! truly an amazing experience. We were taken on a hike of the area to explore all the beautiful gems. Also, the day excursion was amazing. A wine tasting, a cheese tour and lunch in a local home, We met some new friends in our cooking class and a whats app group was set up for daily communication and now that we are home we still post our cooking experiences. The villa is so beautiful, you will not be disappointed, Everyone was truly amazing!!!
