This cooking vacation in Tuscany is more than I could have hoped for..

From start to finish, my stay at Casa Ombuto was the best vacation I've ever had. I took the Italian cooking course for a week in October 2017. Chef Paola is amazing, and the entire staff were very welcoming and helpful, and they worked hard to make it a memorable and rewarding vacation. The food and wines were uniformly excellent, the accommodation comfortable, the setting tranquil and beautiful. I knew quite a bit about cooking before my Tuscookany experience, yet still learned so many valuable things. There were 10 of us in the class, we arrived as strangers and left a week later as good friends. I will return when I can, I absolutely loved it and recommend it most highly!
