The whole experience was a dream. Our Casa Ombuto chef Paula is an artiste in the kitchen (and on the dance floor ;). I learned so many little nuggets on choosing food, how to determine freshness, how to make things I had originally expected to be difficult, pairing wines, cheese... all the while seeing Claudia manage the property and excursion details with the most infectious smile ever. And an added bonus was a whole group of new friends. I'm ready to plan a reunion!
