The time that I had at torre del tartufo was just amazing! It was a once in a lifetime opportunity. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the kitchen that we got to cook in was so cool! It was not only beautiful but it was well equipped for teaching a class. I loved it! The most difficult part was having to leave when my week ended. Thanks to everyone there for an unforgettable cooking vacation!
