The Joy of Cooking at Casa Ombuto
A week in very comfortable accommodations on beautiful grounds with stunning views in the Tuscan hills...daily lessons from an inspiring, show-stoppingly capable and fantastically personable chef, Paola... A 'summer camp' feeling of community with the other participants through working together intensively to prepare delicious dinners enjoyed together with good wine... This was such an enjoyable experience, not soon to be forgotten (and likely to be repeated...)!
