Paula made this trip for us. She is such a talented chef and an outstanding teacher. One of my best experiences ever and I was hesitant to go. I purchased the trip for my husband who loves to cook. We both had an indescribable time - I know that Paula played a key role in us feeling this way and having the experience that we did.
