One week italian cooking course at casa ombuto

A home away from home. I wish there was a rating above excellent. The word does not do justice the experience that I had. Casa Ombuto is a magical place, with perfect accommodation. Everyone working there is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Made wonderful friends with the other guests. And last but not least, Chef Paola brought Italian food to life with her experience, method of teaching and vibrant personality.
