The villa was lovely, the rooms were tasteful and comfy, the extra activities were treats (especially olive picking and EVOO making), the food was amazing, and all the staff were friendly and delightful. But, still, it's really all about Paola. Mama mia! She makes the whole experience fun and she made me a better, more confident cook. Allora, not only have we followed her recipes since returning home but we even talk like her. Mama mia!
