Lisa and I enjoyed really, really enjoyed our stay! What an amazing please to spend a week. Truly 'middle of nowhere', breath taking views. And of course great Italian cooking lessons, great food and wine. We've been working with the book we got and certainly enjoyed re-creating some of the recipes at home. To cookies we made for the office where gone in a day!  Already thinking of coming back ..
