I booked myself on the one week Italian cooking and hiking course at Casa Ombuto. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful grounds and fantastic extras like the hot tub made out of an old wine barrel.

The cookery classes under the gorgeous Paola were tremendous. Making pizza and pasta from scratch was so much fun and eating the freshest possible ingredients was a delight.

I arrived utterly exhausted and left on top of the world having learnt new skills and met some wonderful people whom I will stay in touch with.
